These Terms are intended to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of ESTsoft Corp. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and users in connection with the use of the ALTools website, the A+Point app, and online services jointly provided by the Company and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
① These Terms shall become effective upon being posted through the Service.
② The Company may amend these Terms without prior notice if there is a material reason to do so, and any amendment shall be announced through the Service at least 7 days prior to the effective date; provided, however, that if the amended Terms affect the rights or obligations of members, the amendment shall be announced at least 30 days in advance.
③ If a member does not agree to the amended Terms, the member may request withdrawal from membership. If the member does not request termination within 10 days after the effective date of the amended Terms, the member shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
④ The Company shall post these Terms on the Service in a manner that allows users to easily review them and confirm the important contents thereof.
The services to which these Terms apply are as follows.
Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc., and other applicable laws and regulations.
The definitions of the main terms used in these Terms are as follows.
① Affiliate: means multiple related companies and websites that provide online services centered on the ALTools website and the A+Point app. ② Member: means a person who has entered into a service use agreement with the Company and has been granted a user ID. A Member shall continuously receive information from the Company and may use the SW Services and Point Services provided by the Company, as well as services provided by affiliates (hereinafter referred to as the “Affiliate Services”). ③ ID: means letters, numbers, or a combination thereof selected by the Member and approved by the Company for the purpose of identifying the Member and enabling the Member to use the Service (hereinafter referred to as “ID”). ④ Password: means a combination of letters and numbers established by the Member in order to verify that the Member corresponds to the ID assigned to the Member and to protect the Member’s confidentiality. ⑤ Suspension of Use: means the restriction of a Member’s use of the Service by the Company pursuant to these Terms. ⑥ Termination: means the cancellation of the use agreement by the Company or the Member after use of the Service. ⑦ SW Services: means all ALTools software, ALYac software, and content provided by the Company, and users of SW Services are required to agree to the Software License Agreement. ⑧ Point Services: means data accumulated by a Member through the Company’s point accumulation activities, such as participation in events and payments for products. ⑨ Affiliate Services: means paid or free goods and services provided to Members by the Company through partnerships with external companies.
① If an applicant for membership reads these Terms and clicks the “Agree” button when applying to join the Service, the applicant shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
